When is the best time to list old college text books on eBay?
Cheap Text Books November 20th, 2008I have several old text books that I am thinking of selling on ebay. Should I wait to the start of the fall semester or just list them now? Or is there a better way to sell textbooks?
NOW…some college start in August and selling on ebay takes a while as well as receiving the text books (which should go MEDIA mail…the cheapest). Otherwise shipping will cost the buyer a fortune.

I would list them in late July/early August. Thats when most people are starting to think about school again.

Never, list them on half.com… no fees until you sell them… make sure to factor in extra shipping fees into price, because they are usually heavier than standard books and so you need more than the allottment half.com gives you so add 2 dollars extra..
